I ordered these as a gift for my mother. I received the email on delivery day that the flowers had been delivered, but my father said they were not. The customer service rep rescheduled delivery for the next day. When the delivery cutoff time passed and my father said they were still not there, I called again and they spoke to the florist who said they were out for delivery and to give them until 7pm. Called at 7pm and was told they were still delivering and to give them 45 more minutes because she couldn't cancel an order that was showing as "out for delivery".
I confirmed with my father the next morning that the flowers never arrived, so I called customer service for a refund. The rep offered a mere 10% discount to allow an extension. I refused and said to cancel and refund. They did follow through on that which is the only thing that made this a 2-star instead of 1.
