The flowers I ordered: Warm Sunburst Rose Bouquet, Premium Size (pics from their site) IMG_5576.jpg The description from their website: • Orange Roses • Orange Spray Roses • Red Peruvian Lilies • Bronze Mums • Orange Daisies • Clear Cylinder Vase The flowers she received: IMG_5428.jpg IMG_5429.jpg front side One of the reasons I ordered these flowers was because they were on the Same Day list. (Saturday am.) I also paid for expedited delivery. Apparently the florist emailed me about substitutions, but I didn't get the email. I then got a second email from them that I did receive saying they were sorry they couldn't deliver until Monday morning and that they were refunding my same day fee and my expedited fee. I kind of understood that, because I had missed the email. However, they still were not delivered until the following Tuesday, rather than Monday. Also, I paid for a Get Well balloon to be delivered with the flowers. That was not included at all. The worst part, though, was that the arrangement that arrived looked nothing like the arrangement that I ordered. I had also paid for the largest/most expensive of the three arrangements that were offered (Premium), and what she received was, honestly, embarrassing. In the picture/description on their site, the arrangement has at LEAST six full-sized orange roses. There were 3 in the one she received. The picture/description also shows red/orange spray roses (there were none), orange daisies (there were none), mums (there were none), and some reddish/orange lilies (I think) - there were a lot of those. And, there was a lot of greenery. Oh.. and there were a couple of red carnations thrown in for fillers, although their site says if substitutions are necessary, they will be of equal or greater value than what is missing. Our gift certificate never expires and can be combined with a promotional offer as well. 11:33AM Holly Jackson - I appreciate that; however, honestly, my main concern with that is that I have sent about 3 floral arrangements through you all in the past several months, and now I'm worried that all of them looked like this. And how will I know if future orders look like this?? The only reason I saw these is that they were sent from the company to my mother. 11:34AM Pooja - Please rest assured, we don't use the same vendor for each order and we are working diligently to prevent this error from occurring again. As we do with all our affiliates who make a mistake, we will closely monitor their activities within the next few weeks, and decide if they still meet our quality criteria. 11:35AM Pooja - Please rest assured that your credit of 30 percent refund has been processed and will reflect back to your account in 1-3 business days. Additionally, 15 dollar gift certificate has been shared via email. 11:35AM Holly Jackson - Is it possible to have the vendors take a picture of the delivery and send it to the person who ordered, like Amazon & UPS, etc. does?? 11:36AM Pooja - Unfortunately, a picture of the final product is not available to be shared. I'm sorry as we don't have that option. 11:36AM Pooja - If for any reason, you are not happy with the item delivered, you have our 100 percent customer satisfaction guarantee and we would be happy to work with you on an appropriate resolution for your dissatisfaction. 11:37AM Holly Jackson - Well, I do have another question... 11:39AM Holly Jackson - If the vendors don't provide a picture of the final product, and if I send flowers to someone, knowing that I will not see the arrangement, how will I know if I am not happy with it?? How can you make that guarantee on something that neither you nor I will see?? :( 11:40AM Holly Jackson - And if you have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, why are you only giving me 30% back?? 11:40AM Pooja - Please be advised, we do not have an option of the final product to be shared as it depends on florist. I apologize for the length of this post. It is, in large part, the body of an e-mail I sent to the company (no response… anyway, continuing with the email….) I just wanted to express, again, my 100% dissatisfaction with the arrangement that was sent and for which I originally paid over $100. I am also disappointed that even knowing how completely unhappy I am with what was delivered, and even though you claim a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, I was given only 30% back. The reason given in the chat (above) was that the arrangement had been delivered. Truthfully, I would have been more able to accept 30% back if the arrangement had NOT been delivered!! I also asked if there was an option to have delivery drivers take pictures of the deliveries, similar to what Amazon and UPS have their drivers do with deliveries. Unfortunately, your rep (above) said that wasn't an option and that if for any reason, I am not happy with the item delivered, I have your 100 percent customer satisfaction guarantee and that you would be happy to work with me on an appropriate resolution for my dissatisfaction. As you can see above, I asked him If the vendors don't provide a picture of the final product, and if I send flowers to someone, knowing that I will not see the arrangement, how will I know if I am not happy with it?? How can you make that guarantee on something that neither you nor I will see?? And if you have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, why are you only giving me 30% back?? - to which he repeated that was not an option. I do a lot of research before choosing a business with whom to associate myself, as the product that is delivered reflects on me and on the non-profit for whom I work. After researching quite a few floral delivery services, I chose fromyouflowers.com as my representative. Not only was I embarrassed by the arrangement that was sent, I was only offered back 30% of my money and a $15 gift card. Besides making a liar out of your company and their 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, part of what I was given is only helpful if I use your website again… and I won’t be. Please understand that if you are not willing to return all of my money, I will be writing several unflattering reviews of your company. Aaand, here we are… 🙄
