“I was disappointed that the recipient received a bunch of tulips when I chose the Florist Choice bouquet. I expected more for the $75 dollars that it cost. I have used From You Flowers in the past and the recipients have been please by the flowers. This last bouquet may make me rethink this in the future.”

“I ordered an anniversary arrangement and paid extra to be delivered on our anniversary day to my wife's job. I job a notice after 3pm that it wouldn't be delivered. The notification said they would deliver the next day and they would refund the extra charge. I was highly disappointed as I know she expected flowers on our anniversary day as in the past. She is a cancer survivor and this jester on my part just makes her day. After calling customer service they guaranteed it would be delivered the next day by 5pm. Why not by noon since you missed the entire prior day I paid extra for? Unacceptable. I Most likely won't use your service again.”
“The anniversay bouquet I ordered for my wife was delivered after 6:00 pm. When I opened it I was dismayed that it only came with the roses and none of the other fowers that were promised in the description. The roses were already wilting and were dead around the edges. I threw them out today as they were withered incuding the leaves.”

“I’ve had issues with my last two orders
And sadly will not be using from you flowers anymore. One of the orders was delivered a day after the promise date even though I paid extra for the delivery. Then this last order was for a death in the family. The flowers were NOTHING like what I ordered there was no card, the flowers were just left at the door with a piece of notebook paper with my aunts name spelled incorrectly, embarrassing. I was refunded $13 of the $60 plus dollars I spent”
“I ordered flowers for same daydelivery for my sister in law whose father died that morning. The next morning I checked on the delivery because I didn't hear from her and the order hadn't gotten past 'order received ' . I chatted online with an agent who refunded the expedited fee and followed up with the local store. The flowers were delivered Saturday afternoon, but it was very disappointing she did not receive them Friday and if i hadn't followed up I don't know when she would have gotten them.”
