My flowers were not only NOT delivered on the day that I paid for (which is so rude on it's own), I also received an email with someone else's full information. I received a picture of the senders full name and the receivers full name AND ADDRESS. Then they had the audacity to offer me my $2.99 delivery fee back for reimbursement. I send flowers often to my family members through other companies and this has never happened. Inappropriate to not deliver same day when I have paid for it. Downright criminal that you have given me someone else's full information. Laughable that you think $2.99 returned to me is substantial. Have the day you deserve.
