Right from our first contact we were treated with a professional respect @ Frontline Writers. The previous company that published the original edition used corrupted and unauthorized manuscript files so once live on Amazon we were horrified to see such incompetence. However, Sarah W. who is/was my contact editor for the now revised edition was marvelous. Her and the team behind the scenes went over and above time and energy to smooth out ALL the errors that we requested/required help with on this time consuming this project to our specifications. When dealing with my frustration Sarah had always been supportive reassuring me that the team is behind me all the way. I felt comfortable and very thankful as I read the corrected files. The new publication is live and even to this moment She/Frontline Writers are still helping beyond the call of duties to get the old version off the Hot-Live Amazon book page.
