Customer service is fast
Their system had a glitch so it was a hassle and such a big inconvenience of receiving a wrong item but they offer resolutions as well.
The website is not friendly to begin with and almost giving up. Had to use computer, table or phone I thought it was just my device but it wasnt.
But the product itself is good. My husband loves it as he is a beer lover. He loves the universal ones.
