Absolutely love the product! It does keep your drinks cold as it states, the variety of of products, colors, and swap they come out with. Today it was 105 here and my Sports Buddy spent a lot of time in a hot vehicle and after 9 hours, the water in it was still refreshingly cold. Have got family members hooked after giving them a number of different style Buddies, especially the To Go Buddy. The one down side is in receiving the product. Most all my items have been shipped and received in a timely manner. I had one orde that I knew may take awhile as was a preorder, so good with that. I had two other orders that one took a month to get, and another order that placed the following day that still haven’t received. I do understand that it is a very popular item and sells out quickly, but when I ordered it showed as in stock. I do believe in the product, love the customer service and how the company founder still puts out messages and responds to them. Hope as they keep selling and growing that they can get a handle on the inventory and shipping aspect.
