I have mixed feelings about your company. Your online site and your app offer different products. The color I was wanting is the only one I couldn’t personalize. Then when I did get the product, it was the wrong color. The retuning and exchange of the wrong product was easy except for the part of printing the return label. I had to go to our library to print it because no one seems to have printers anymore. I gave you a 4 star rating because I really do like your product, but the process of really getting what you want, needs some improvements. Especially on the personalization of your products. I’ve given several Yetis as gifts and they’re all personalized. I really wanted to get one of the dog ones on your app, but they only come in black. You do realize that black works against trying to keep something cold? Great product, just work on the system.
