Ok so I bought the frost buddies . I bought three. Chose different colors but when it showed my order I realized they were sending three orange. We were going on family vacation so I needed them right away. I emailed as soon as I realized they were sending three of same color but got no reply for two days. They said I was too late to change my order it was sent out. I immediately ordered two more of two different patterns so we each had a different color or design. Then the ones I ordered second came before the first three orange ones. I got a notice that the first three were coming in two days. So except for your shipping and not so timely answer about my order being changed these seem to work so I will give you a four.
