Your customer service on my delivery was very poor you guys are advertising everywhere about these things and stuffs getting delayed and you were backed up on orders why advertise stuff you don't have available in stock I got 1 of my cups then after a week then another week later I got the other 2. 127 dollars almost 3 weeks waiting for what because all in all it wasn't worth it to me I hate to sound rude but all I ever got from customer service here was delays and excuses. The tracking is very poor no one wants to download an app for there tracking and ups already has very poor tracking as well so it just felt my order was handled very lazily the whole time you send automated emails constantly then take forever to respond I'm sorry for the poor review I was really excited for these when I came across them and was recommending them before I even got mine now I don't think I would recommend you guys endless some ones okay with waiting 2 and a half weeks
