Very disappointed with the company and their customer service. I ordered a custom frost Buddy and a new insert. The new insert was never delivered, and when I called customer service they told me to file a claim with UPS and they couldn’t help me.
The custom engraved frost Buddy took two months to be delivered. I had paid for two day shipping and no one ever contacted me on the delay. I had numerous interactions with customer service and they provided different reasons for the delay, and provided no alternative solution.
