Product took over a month to get delivered, I asked for updates two weeks in, was told a generic response of “it should ship in 5 days and customs take a week to make” then waited another two weeks, asked for an update again, was told their customs were on back order and was given a 10% discount (the exact same discount I used with my original order) then finally a week later I got an email it had shipped. Poor customer support and I would not recommend ordering for a timely gift. Sorry dad your birthday present came in a month late.
