Yes I purchased 3 frost buddy's from you guys and I received the wrong ones. Then I send back the wrong ones so I can get the right ones and I haven't received them or got any confirmation about when im gonna get them and every time I call to find out where they are different people tell me I have to wait 2 days for confirmation and now it's been over a week and still nothing. This is very unprofessional and once I finally receive them or if I don't I will never order from you guys again.
