Sad that customer service incorrectly informed me that the To Go Buddy I planned to order would come with a lid as I called to verify before purchasing the color I chose. I explicitly informed them I wanted to be sure to order a To Go Buddy that came with a lid. After being told the purple gradient would come with a lid, I ordered it the same day. I was extremely disappointed when my to go buddy arrived without the matching lid as I had been assured it would have.
