I really liked the design of the Universal cup for the different sized cold drinks. I ONLY wish the coffee mug lid was included with original purchase, since they advertised the cup holder for cold and hot drinks. Did order the coffee lid and it came in a darker orange color compared to the cup holder. (Same with the Purple cup). Personally, I agree with the comments about having to keep up with the different parts depending on if your drinking cold or hot- (cup, inner sleeve, top cold lid, coffee lid and metal straw.) I know the owner has a video out addressing this saying one would have to buy a second cup to offset the different parts, but i think still comes into play. The cold insulation duration seems to be good and haven’t tried the hot duration at this time.
