Honestly, very amazed at how great Frost Buddy is. My second item was delayed so I waited longer to receive it but without having to contact FB, they went out of their way to email me saying how they noticed my shipment was delayed and they would keep me up to date on my order and will take care of any issues if anything else came up. Satisfied customer here.
