Bad start, but great ending, so bear with me! My first order got lost in the mail. I knew it was lost when tracking stopped for a week, but customer service kept insisting it would arrive. After 3 weeks customer service finally agreed it was lost and shipped out a new one which arrived in 4-5 days. Customer service was extremely patient and handled the issue well. My only issue would be telling the customer the issue is with USPS, just keep waiting for weeks. Next time maybe ship a new one sooner when tracking is lost for a week tho! Don’t make the customer pay for an issue with USPS (or maybe change shipping vendors since it sounded like a common issue). The To-Go Buddy is amazing tho! I can’t say enough about it! I used to dump my iced coffee into a yeti to keep the ice for hours, but this tumbler eliminates the need to clean that Yeti day in and day out, which I love! A simple wipe of the inside of the TGB and done! Medium from DD, Grande from Starbucks, holds both very securely and ice held from 9:30am - 6pm with very little melting (tested this out by leaving the empty cup with just the ice in the TGB out on the counter). More than half the ice remained! 10/10 recommend to anyone!
