Outstanding customer service. I purchased 2 frestbuddies, and 2 sport water bottles. Over time I noticed one of the bottle's lid didn't have proper suction, and after swapping bottles and straws, was able to determine it was indeed the lid. After reaching out and explaining the situation, they sent me a new lid on them. Amazing. Truly remarkable customer service.
