First, let me say I love the product! Only used it for cold drinks, not hot drinks yet. I got a Venti Starbucks tea and dropped it in my Frost Buddy. Finished the drink but added my own tea later. 7 hours later, I still had tons of ice. Only giving it 4 stars though because I don't like how long it takes to get to you after you order. My first order, I had free shipping and it took a bit before it got here, but hey, free shipping, no complaints. I loved the product so much, I placed a second order, which I had to pay for shipping. That one is taking forever as I'm still waiting on it to be delivered. I wish they would use someone else other than the USPS (had slow, long deliveries with other companies also using USPS to deliver their products). Outside of the shipping, this product is a DEFINITE BUY! Well worth the $$.
