I would give this company a -5 not necessarily for the products they sell but for their customer service. The product I purchased did not work for the purpose it was advertised and I returned the product along with the Universal cups I purchased. It took me several emails to get anyone to respond with a return label and it wasn't until I got nasty that I finally received a return label. After returning the products and the return products being received by the company (confirmed via tracking number), ten days later and still no word from the company nor a refund for the amount paid. I have emailed them and I am also disputing the charges with PayPal and my credit card until they rectify the situation. My recommendation is that you make sure you are going to be completely satisfied with their product because returning a product and receiving a refund is the most difficult thing I have had to do with a company.
