I'm neutral about my Frost Buddy as I have not been able to use it yet. I am in complete understanding of the supply chain issue with the inserts, however notification upon purchase would have been great. I was so excited when my package was delivered to find out it is almost unusable for myself. When I called the lady was very nice and said that the inserts were on backorder.
