Edited review: customer service got back to me and they fixed the issue. I changed it to 5 stars, this is a great company! I gave it 4 stars because I was disappointed in the lids for the water bottles. I LOVE that the bottle keeps the drink on the inside when the bottle is super hot on the outside. It also fits in the cup holder of our rzr, which is why we bought them. But the lid on my sons cracked on the first use and because of where it’s cracked it’s not usable now and my daughters cracked after being dropped in the grass once. I know she dropped it but she’s 4 and has dropped many of our other bottles on the cement and the kids have never cracked. I tried to order new ones and they didn’t have the colors available to match my kids bottles. I also tried to email customer service twice with no response. So the bottle is great but I think the lids need to be more durable.
