My first order, the 40oz Frost Buddy was missing the free boot. Response was immediate and I received the boot. My 2nd order was another 40oz Frost Buddy, again missing the free boot (and it was not the same one pictured). This time no response. I’m returning the 2nd one and will buy another brand.
