Unconventional review but great company! I had considered ordering for some time and when I saw a Facebook advertisement for 20% I used that opportunity to save money. I used the link provided but never got the 20% off. I contacted the company who said it was a glitch they were working on but provided me with a personal code for 20% (after some back and forth as I believe I should be granted the discount as advertised). I was thrilled to receive my own only to open it and find I was missing a loud, which on their site said it is included if pictured with one and mine was. I contacted them again with pictures and screenshots to which they responded again and are sending me my missing lid. It's been a bit frustrating all the hiccups but the company ALWAYS responded and made things right and that's what's most important! 4/5 for great customer service but I can't speak for the product as I have yet to use it.
