I want to like my Frost Buddy. If it would ever get delivered. Ordered on 9/9 and it was shipped with an incomplete address. Couldn’t be delivered. Returned to shipper. I spoke with customer service multiple times and was assured it would be resent. I understand things happen. It was resent and I got a notice it would be delivered today. However USPS sent me a text saying it’s undeliverable due to insufficient address. I called customer service again today and was told the address was correct and it would be delivered today. I still don’t have it. I’m very frustrated because I needed it for something special, I still don’t have it, and, it’s unclear to me what the problem is. Giving three stars because I really can’t evaluate yet.
