Wanted to order the XL version since we get the large cans. These were on back order and I signed up to be notified when they were back in stock. Received an alert and placed my order. Received the order pretty quickly and was impressed with the quality. Turns out there is an extra piece for the top that you need for the larger cans. I notified the company that the cans were too big and that is how I found out. No problem, went back to the website and ordered what I needed. Got the part and used them. They work great! Kept the drinks cold and held on to the can very well. Since I told the company I would have ordered the add on pieces at the same time as the buddy, I did not get free shipping. Next thing I know, the company refunded the shipping for the second order. (Free shipping over $49 or $50 I think). Great customer service and communication. I recommend their products and their company as a business!
