First of all, let me just say - the customer service is OUT OF THIS WORLD fantastic. Second, I bought the universal buddy and the to-go buddy, and I no longer leave the house without one or the other, and sometimes both. My husband used my universal buddy ONE TIME and tried to steal it, so I bought one for him, too. These products and this brand are the real deal. I couldn’t be happier, and I’m excited to start my collection.
