I have made three frost buddy purchases. I get compliments on each of them. My drinks stay cold all day and all night even when I leave my drink in a hot car in the summer, I still have ice in my cup. I have only had to reach out to customer service one time and it was just due to a missed item being sent and it was sent back out to me immediately. As a school teacher, my frost buddy keeps me going all day long with a cold drink. When I get my frozen Dunkin coffee my frost buddy actually keeps it frozen, and I at times if not drink fast enough, I will have to take it out of my buddy to melt a little bit. Best cups ever for hot and cold drinks.
