I was disappointed in the To-Go Buddy not completely fitting some of my drinks. Some of the plastic was visible and I thought it was supposed to completely fit inside. Every ad or promotion showed exactly that. Customer service sent me a video of some drinks not fitting like I thought though. Oh, well
