The products are fantastic and I have bought 20+ for myself, friends and family. However, I will only be buying through Amazon from now on as the company itself has unreliable shipping. I ordered 6 of the same Christmas universal buddies. After 2 weeks of my order just sitting (not picked up by ups) I emailed customer service multiple times with no response. I finally found the chat feature through the app and they reordered my same order again. However at this point it had been so long and the event I needed the buddies ready for was 5 days away. I asked that the order be rushed, which it was not. Ironically, just a day later the original order was finally picked up and started moving. Scheduled to be delivered before my event. All was well again until the order showed up at my door and I only received 1 of the 6 buddies I ordered. This time I called customer service and was told to wait a few more days even though I didn’t want the order anymore as my event was the next day. As expected, a few hours later the order status was “delivered” with only one product. I called again and they wanted me to go through the process of returning the one buddy on my order. I eventually got a full refund which I appreciated, but overall j was extremely disappointed at how I was treated by customer service and how no one took accountability for only getting 1/6 of my order. It was clearly a mistake by the company itself as the box and label were specific to one product (didn’t come in a big box with only 1 inside.) I have emailed customer service and explained the issue with my order but have not heard back.
Bottom line, products are great, company needs to take accountability for its growing pains as its now been around too long to be having these big time errors.
