I’ve never written a negative review, but I am very disappointed in the customer service of Frost Buddy! I made two purchases that I loved. I loved the product I received and recommended it to others. However, I made a mistake when making my last purchase and wanted to return the item and the only response I can get is what do you want to exchange it for let us know when I’ve stated multiple times I just want a return! There has been no response to my wanting to just return the item and I’m done! This whole trying to return a mistaken purchase has tainted my opinion regarding Frost Buddy. Buyer beware and make sure you don’t make a mistake while purchasing because returning it is impossible!
