I recently ordered a Frost Buddy to go and on Christmas Day realized I ordered the wrong lid. I emailed them thinking they would answer when they were back from the holidays, but they answered within an hour! They are sending me the correct lid! AMAZING customer service! I couldn't be happier with my purchase and will for sure be purchasing more! Well Done!
