I was gifted a Frost Buddy, I cannot believe how long it keeps a large fountain soda cold!! I ordered 3 for Christmas gifts. One came with a broken spout cover on the lid. I reached out asking for that spout cover replacement piece, and in no time at all received a new lid and straw together. I’m just amazed at the length of time a drink stays so cold!!! In my experience with customer service, it was 5 star!
