My first order was great. My second order was a little disappointing, I was sent the wrong product. I spoke with Laween on the phone and she advised me that she would be sending me a replacement and all I needed to do was email a photo of the incorrect product I received. Unfortunately I never heard back and did not receive the replacement of the proper product I had ordered. In turn I ended up spending more money to go buy a replacement gift due to receiving the incorrect product. Now I’m out money on a frost buddy with a big American flag on it that I don’t see myself using and money on having to buy a new gift. Pretty disappointed
