I loved the idea of these cups. I bought myself and two daughters each a cup for Christmas. I purchased pink and the picture showed it with a lid and once added to the cart the picture did not have a lid. I chatted with a customer service "person" and they said it should come with a lid. It did not, I sent an email and received a quick response and they put a lid in the mail. It is a bit bulky and it does keep drinks cold - still had ice at lunchtime. Mine was not quite a circle I guess it was banged up in shipping, there was a small scratch and it took me two days to figure out that my plastic lids kept leaking because they were being squished in the cup with it not being a circle. I kind of rolled it back into shape and the plastic lid seemed to fit better.
