The product did not live up to the hype. It did not keep items cold for as long as advertised. The lid for pop cans and pop bottles was very hard to get screwed on, and once the lid was on it stretched. Then it was hard to use it on a different sized bottle. The Universal XL did not have a drinking lid either. I found myself going back to my Yeti cooler for my pop cans. I ended up sending back the extra parts I had purchased with the Universal XL's but decided to keep the coolers for a trial. My husband and I tried them for a bit and decided to return them too. In the end we ended up sending everything back for a full refund. We are still waiting for a refund as of this survey being filled out.
