Love it. The cup itself works exactly the way I wanted it to. Holds my iced drinks from Starbucks, keeps them cold an I don't have to touch the wet, cold plastic fast food container. Gave it a 3 star because it did not come with the straw it said was included. I also couldn't figure out how to engrave on the one I purchased. I could only choose a 2nd cup with only color choice of black or white. =(
