I like the products there self. My last order was messed up in the move to the new location I was told in an email. So my original products that where available where not available any more except for 1 of them. I was told I could get a refund but I didn’t want the refund because I was already planning on getting them for my wife and kids so I took what I could get. I don’t get how my order of my original products that I paid for were sold to someone else. This has been my only problems with the process of ordering with frost buddy.
