I have been requesting tree camo on the Universal buddy XL coffee cups to go buddy for an extended period. Finally, it is available, and I paid for it. However, I received an email stating that the launch was accidental. How is it possible to have a picture of a product and not have the license? This is false advertisement at its best. Consequently, I will not be ordering anything else from this company. Over the past year and a half, every order I have placed has had issues, including missing pieces. Additionally, I have been waiting almost a year for my sport buddy lids. Furthermore, I attempted to assist the company by promoting the camo product to my friends, and three of them encountered the same problem and will no longer be ordering from the company. Therefore, I express my dissatisfaction with Frost buddy.
