I ordered 2 bumpers and two thicc buddies. The bumpers came immediately. After 2 or 3 emails, weeks in between, I finally got I of my thic buddies I ordered over 3 weeks ago. They said the other was in the same shipment but alas it wasn't. Supposedly they created another order for my final thicc buddy but I have yet, now two weeks, to get a shipment date email. I don't know what's going on but I think I might be getting scammed. I don't understand why when I first ordered cups from you all like 3 or 4 orders they came quickly and tracking was provided, yet this last order I had to call and email to find out what was going on. Where is my Nebula Thicc buddy? I recently went to another company to order from them... at least they email me updates. I no longer support the frost buddy company.
