I am hugely disappointed. I ordered a to go buddy about six months ago and absolutely loved it. I was very excited when I ordered my frost Buddy Tumblr (order number fb572525) with Chapstick holder, key hook, etc. I still have not received my order. I placed the order on February 26 and even paid for the additional expedited shipping. I received a notification on March 1 that the shipping was taking a while and that I did not need to contact the company. I still have not received my product. Again… I’m just so disappointed. I was really looking forward to this item.
