I ordered the ToGo Buddy in Lily. I was so excited as I loved the color and the description of how long it would keep my drink cold. I drink mainly ice water and like lots of ice!! My cup arrived and the design and color were exactly what I expected! I was very pleased….. until… I put my ice and water in the cup and not even 5 hours later all the ice was melted. I was super disappointed, so I tried again, filled the cup with ice, added water, again same results! I emailed customer service with my dissatisfaction. Their response was quick and explained I may have a defective cup and they were going to immediately send a replacement. I received the new cup a few days later and tested. I filled the new cup with ice and water and left it on the counter overnight…. WOOHOO when I got up the next morning there was still some ice!! Very happy and satisfied with Frost Buddy, my new cup, and their customer service!!! Thank you!!!
