My experience with Frost Buddy hasn't been terrible, but it hasn't been ideal, either. I ordered a 40 oz tumbler in a color that was in pre-order and the website gave an estimated ship date that I was okay with. After I placed my order, I received an email from the company saying my color selection was out of stock, so would I like a different color or a refund? I was confused because I thought it was in pre-order? I asked for a refund. Then I got an email from someone else saying they made a mistake and the color I wanted was in pre-order and would I like to wait? I decided to wait because I really liked the color. We'll, the estimated ship date came and went with no shipping update, so I emailed and asked what was going on. There were some delays in ordering on their end, apparently, so I still had to wait. So I did. For over a week. Right when I was about to ask for a refund, I got the shipping notification. So I eventually got my order, but there were some hiccups along the way. What really annoys me most about the company though is the constant spamming of marketing emails and texts. It's multiple times a day and is so obnoxious! I'll never order from this company again based on that alone.
