For the short time I have owned my two frost buddies, I have been thrilled. The ordering process was easy, informative and intuitive. Shipping was handled quickly, and package for the product was more than adequate to keep the product safe. Unboxing and presentation was pleasant but not overdone. Easy to get to, and start using the product. Which is really what you want anyway, right. 😁 Thrilled with the fit, finish and quality of the two Frost Buddys I now own. I have a To-Go, and a Thicc-50. I usually pick up a smoothie in the way to work, and it is cold and thick all day! I work in a warehouse so no AC to assist. So when I tell you it sits in the heat all day and keeps my smoothy from turning into brown water, I mean it. 🤣👍
