Very happy with the product, but unhappy with shipping charges. I ordered the frost buddy. Right after I ordered, I found and loved the frost buddy bumper, so I placed another order. I was charged shipping for each piece. I right away messaged them to combine orders for shipping to try to save shipping charges. They declined my request, and charged me double shipping. That was fine until I received both orders in the same package!! They profited my shipping charges for the “ second shipment “ I’m not very happy about that, and will likely not order again because they refused to help me, but still ended up combining the two items.
