Ordered from the website just fine, then the day before the order was supposed to go out they blocked the card and requested way too much information and a fax from a bank :/ who even faxes anything anymore. The call center was of course India, and they seemed to have no idea how to do a job. Tried to get the info to them, but they didn't like the fact that I was deployed overseas. So after 5+ phone calls and 15 emails I finally gave up with that useless company and submitted a charge back with my bank and called a local florist that was down the street from my wife's apartment. Completely useless company. Overcharging and under delivering.
