I ALWAYS use Fuelfighter to order my heating oil, they always provide the cheapest quote. HOWEVER - I do have an issue with one of the suppliers (WCF Chandlers) who have delivered my order on a few occasions = The drivers are great = But the customer service is rubbish - I tick the "contact day prior to unlock access" AND I add an additional request in the "message to supplier" box AND THEY STILL DON'T BOTHER TO RING!! Their stupidity, because they end up with a failed delivery attempt, then they don't ring to confirm the following day delivery either!! (All other suppliers do what they are asked)
