I purchase 2 items including a customer sofa.
The 2 dining chairs were in order and timely arrival.
However, I am not satisfied with getting update that the sofa will be delayed for more than 1 month from the committed delivery date of 16 Oct 2021.
At point of purchase , before I proceed, i indicated very clearly I will not want to wait if it’s beyond mid-Oct.
Covid situation has been ongoing since 2020, it’s not fair to consumers to use that as a reason to under deliver on commitment to customers.
