We placed order for 2 sets Beds/Mattresses; 2 sets wardrobes in early November/2021.
Patiently waited for delivery as planned for end Dec/2021. We have 3 family members tested Covid19 positive on 3 different dates. This had also affected delivery. Coupled with delay in stock arrival, we just received the wardrobes today. Prior to actual delivery, we had some disputes/conflicts with FullHouse staff. Fortunately, we were able to discuss the inconveniences FullHouse and us as customer face and with mutual understanding and clarifications explained, we’re glad that the deal was transacted and completed and achieved satisfaction. By the way, I had patronised FullHouse in year 2019 and am a returning customer. Yes, I’ll recommend my contacts to FullHouse whenever anyone requires furniture products. Last but not least, the entire team: sales staff - Bosco and Sebas; and delivery staff provided good service and achieved high level customer satisfaction.
