BUYER BEWARE. Desk never arrived. Fully are partnered with FedEx - yes, the American company famous for losing and damaging packages. They split your desk into multiple parcels, so that if any one parcel gets delayed or goes missing you can't actually build the desk. And they send it by the cheapest possible delivery method - despite the desks being £700+.
In my case, my desk was split into 4 parts. 1 part has been stuck in Paris customs for a week with no updates and appears to have been lost. 1 part is reporting as "delivered" but was not, and no one seems to know where it really went - apparently FedEx have a habit of delivering to the wrong address. So that part seems to be lost too. Only 2/4 pieces arrived - and both were several days late. And only having 2/4 pieces isn't exactly helpful, as I can't use half a desk - so they're just taking up space. Fully have not responded to emails.
